Welcome to Mountguard Insurance which has been located in St Ives, Cornwall for over 12 years, servicing and supporting the local community.
We are independent insurance and financial planning advisers who pride ourselves on maintaining traditional standards in an increasingly impersonal business world. We provide a prompt, professional and friendly service to meet clients’ needs across all aspects of their insurance requirements.

We take into account price, policy cover and insurer standards to ensure you receive reliable and secure products at reasonable prices. We believe that insurance must offer the best value for our client’s when a claim needs to be made, not necessarily be cheapest at the point you buy it.
Our team of qualified staff will be happy to help with any enquiries you may have, from general insurance products to financial planning for the future. The office is open from Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm but our service does not end there. We are normally able to accommodate visits out of normal business hours or supply contact numbers for emergency situations.
Due to the excellent relationships with other business providers we are able to offer more than just insurance and financial planning advice. We can also help with, or arrange for, risk management, claims management, health and safety compliance, business continuity and cost management on utility services.
